This session is all about performance discussions (NOT end-of-year performance reviews). Performance discussions are regularly held conversations with your team about their performance. When done well, performance discussions help team members accelerate towards goals and improve on their weaknesses in real time, rather than waiting for the end of the year. We’ll explore the three components of a good performance discussion—feedback, inquiry, and timing—and how to weave them together to drive change.
